For every accepted paper or poster, at least one registration fee must be paid by Sept 30 (2nd call - extended),
so that the paper can be included in the Conference Program and published.

* To qualify for the student rate, you must: be a full time student; present a letter from your supervisors or Institution together with the registration; present a student ID to assist to the conference.
Normal and special registrations include the reception cocktail (first day of conference), lunch during the conference days (second and third days of conference), coffee breaks.
One registration gives right to present one paper/poster and to its publication. The publication and presentation of a maximum of one additional paper is possible under the extra payment of 250 EUR.
Papers have a maximum length of pages. To each additional page corresponds the payment of 50 EUR.
Accommodation is not included.
Written request for cancellation (by email) will be accepted until August 31, 2023.
Authors of selected papers will be invited to extend their papers for publication in international journals and in edited books.Read more
