For every accepted paper or poster, at least one registration fee must be paid by June 30,
so that the paper can be included in the Conference Program and published.

† Proj MAN - International Conference on Project MANagement requires all in-person presenting authors of oral presentations to obtain an event permit from UAE authorities. If your paper is accepted, and you are planning to present it in-person, you will be asked to submit a Secure Speaker Information form, a recent photo, and a copy of your passport identification pages by the revised submission deadline. Without these, your presentation cannot be included in the official conference program. Please check for more details on this matter on your notification of acceptance.
This process is for presentation purposes only and is separate from visa applications. Attendees from the US, EU, Brazil, and the UK will receive a visa on arrival and do not need a visa letter. Others should check visa requirements accordingly.
* To qualify for the student rate, you must: be a full time student; present a letter from your supervisors or Institution together with the registration; present a student ID to assist to the conference.
Normal and special registrations include the reception cocktail (first day of conference), lunch during the conference days (second and third days of conference) and coffee breaks.
One registration gives right to present one paper/poster and to its publication.
The publication and presentation of a maximum of one additional paper is possible under the extra payment of 350 EUR.
Papers have a maximum length of pages. To each additional page corresponds the payment of 50 EUR.
Accommodation is not included.
Written request for cancellation (by email) will be accepted until September 15, 2025.
Authors of selected papers will be invited to extend their papers for publication in international journals and in edited books.
